CT Cabs Cancellation and Refund Policy

CT Cabs Refund and Cancellation Policy

CT Cabs provides reliable Outstation Cab Services across India. This policy outlines rules for advance payments, cancellations, fees, and refunds, governed by the CT Cabs Website Terms of Use.

1. Payment Policies

A. Advance Payment (Pre Amount)

  • Customers must pay a minimum of 10% of the total amount to confirm a booking.
  • The customer may choose to pay the full booking amount in advance.

B. Final Payment (Post Amount)

  • Balance and any extra charges (tolls, taxes, driver allowance, extra KM/hours, etc.) must be paid directly to the driver after trip completion.

2. Customer Cancellation & Refund Policy

Note: This policy applies only to the advance amount. Any applicable charges will be deducted before refund calculation.

3. Cancellation by CT Cabs

A. Due to External Circumstances

  • CT Cabs may cancel rides in case of emergencies (strikes, curfews, natural disasters, inaccessible pickup locations).
  • Refund: 100% of advance payment will be refunded if the service hasn’t started.

B. Due to Driver Fault

  • If cancellation occurs due to driver-related issues, the full advance amount will be refunded.

4. Service Disruption and Compensation (Breakdown Policy)

  • Replacement vehicle will be arranged within one hour.
  • Breakdown > 100 KM from boarding point: 50% discount on distance traveled up to breakdown point.
  • Breakdown < 100 KM: No charges for the journey.
  • AC malfunction: ?1 per KM discount for non-AC travel distance.

5. Refund Processing Details

  • Refunds initiated within 3–5 working days after confirmation.
  • Processed within 7–10 business days depending on bank policy.
